I recently joined your Frequent Parker program and parked at your Albuquerque facility for the first time earlier this week. I was greatly impressed, not only with the facility, but with every one of your employees I encountered. The young lady working the gate at 5:00 AM Monday was cheerful, and the drivers were courteous and friendly. With all the hassles of business travel we frequently deal with, your company provides an oasis of good cheer! Thank you very much!

I was a customer of your service last week, returning around 12 AM on Nov.25th.  The shuttle service was available as soon as I exited baggage claim driven by a kind & efficient young woman (name unknown).  When she dropped me off at my vehicle, I noticed that I had a flat tire and quickly asked for phone help, saying I had AAA.  She promptly contacted Gilbert , who arrived promptly, changed the flat tire, & advised me how to drive safely with the temporary spare.  He would not accept any payment for his services.  I wanted you to be aware of the good deeds of these 2 employees, and how grateful I was to receive their assistance.  This was my first experience parking at your facility, which had been recommended to me by Taos Travel when I made reservations through them.  I will be back, and will refer your facility to others.

I have used Airport Fast Park for several months now. My only regret is that I did not find out about it sooner. For several years I used the general parking lots at the airport where I either had to wait for a bus or walk to the airport. I have used AFP in Austin and Houston and have never been disappointed with the service. Imagine my surprise when I pulled into the lot several weeks ago and found one of your employees standing at the gate with a basket of breakfast bars. Covered parking, a bus there waiting when I get out of my car, and a free bottle of water when I leave the lot. All this for only 35 cents more than I was paying at the other lot. Just wanted to say thanks for making this part of air travel more enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

On Sunday Dec. 7th my husband and I returned from a trip to find our car had a dead battery. It was about 8: 45 or so, cold, dark and windy. We got the assistance of one of your drivers who came with jumper cables to give us a start, which turned out to be harder than any of us thought. Our car was new to us, has a keyless ignition, has covers over everything that is under the hood etc. - as you can see, it took us quite a while to figure things out. One of the other drivers also came to assist and between them all we were able to start the car and get on our way. We are so sorry to have not gotten the names of these very patient and caring men. Not a complaint from either of them.

One other thing. As we were exiting, one of the women came over to help my husband use his card to pay. She couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

It is not every day that one finds such good samaritans. It was a heartwarming experience.

I love parking at your facility! It is soooo much better than parking at the airport. The driver always helps me with my bags, the shuttles are prompt, water is free, and the frequent parker program is great. I tell all of my friends in Baltimore to use Airport Fast Park when they park at the airport. I will never park at the airport.

I just wanted to say what a great company you are -- I was traveling during the span of time in which the blizzard hit in Baltimore, and it was reassuring to get periodic updates from you as to conditions, what to expect. Also, the staff at the Red Lot @ BWI were extremely helpful to my sister and I at 3:00 in the a.m. this past Tuesday, when it was bitter cold and we had to dig our car out of the snow embankments! I am a loyal Fast Park member and will remain that way in the foreseeable future.

I am writing to recognize one of your employees, Pam. While I have used your company for years and years and have been satisfied, Pam really went above and beyond for me on March 31st. I had been away for a few days on business and was glad to be back home. While waiting for the car ahead of me to check out, Pam came out of her booth and over to my car and told me that one of my tires looked low. She signaled me over to the work area and proceeded to put air in my tire so that I could make it home without any problems. I was so impressed and pleased that she noticed this and helped me so that I didn’t end up sitting on the highway with a flat tire. Kudo’s to you Pam – you are great!!

I returned from my travels on the evening of April 18 and upon checking out at your gate, a young man who I later learned was named Kevin, mentioned that he noticed an usual scrapping sound coming from my car. He offered to take a look under the body of the car and noticed that a “panel” was hanging from underneath my car. After a brief discussion as to what it might be, he offered to remove the panel by removing a few bolts that held it in place.

The value to me was being able to drive home relatively late at night with the reassurance that something was not going to come flying off on the highway and potentially being lost and eventually need replacing. Kevin was astute, resourceful and extremely kind in rescuing this “damsel in distress”. I’ve used your facilities for sometime, and while Fast Park has met my expectations, I can now say you have gone beyond and delighted your customer.

I would like to take a moment and acknowledge two of your employees - Terrell and Brandon, at the CVG FastPark Location. Last Friday (2/5) I had left Cincinnati for a trip to Las Vegas for some much needed R&R to only find on my return on Tuesday (2/9) to Cincinnati inches upon inches of snow! Terrell offered to clear my car and Brandon stopped separately and dug the snow out from around my car. I appreciate what both gentlemen did to make sure I was safe in getting out of the parking lot and home. They really did go beyond the call of duty. Great job!

I have been using your services for over 10 years now. When in a hurry, (due to my own fault) I tell the driver. He calls in that he has a rush customer and I am taken directly to the terminal. Upon returning home and found snow covering my car, your drivers have jumped out and cleaned off my car for me. I rarely have to wait more than a minute for a shuttle to arrive when arrivng back in town. Your drivers are quick to jump out and get my bags. I would never use anyone else's service. Why switch, when I have the best. I thank you for the continued years of fabulous service.

Parked my red Dodge Ram 1500 in your lot on Nov. 23rd. and picked it up on Dec 5th. I left the drivers window open by accident. Your staff saw it immediately and sealed it off with a black garbage bag. Consequently it was saved from the elements and when I returned the interior suffered no damage, nor vandalism. I cannot say enough good things about the actions of your staff. My hat is off to Park Place and it's staff. I have already told my friends about your excellent service, and I will continue to be a faithfull customer.

Dear Sir, My husband and I recently went on a cruise and left an overnight bag in one of your buses. We live in Indianapolis and didn't realize our bag was missing until we arrived home. I just wanted to let someone know how truly wonderful it is to get great customer service nowadays. My family and I just came in on an overnight flight from Hawaii following our family vacation. Unfortunately, on the way home my husband had to catch another flight in the same airport and I had to lug about 20 suitcases with 2 very tired children who have been traveling all night. Our driver was incredible - not only was he professional and efficient - he actually took the time - in the middle of 100 degree weather - to help me make sure all of my luggage fit in my car securely. He also made sure I could close the trunk (who actually thinks of these things?). I was so thankful and so overwhelmed. I immediately wanted to tell the cashier attentant how awesome he was when - wouldn't you know it - I was met by yet another example of the high standards at FastPark. The cashier, who efficiently checked me out but, noticed that my children were very hot and tired. She pulled open a cooler and asked them if they would like a very cold bottle of water - you would have thought that she offered free icecream by the looks on their faces. With prices going up everywhere - at FastPark - you can have it all - incredible customer service and incredible prices.

Often times, as customers we are very willing to share our negative feedback with company management and choose to overlook good customer service. The service extended to me by your team on a recent trip to San Diego was nothing short of outstanding. I was running late and in danger of missing my flight. Based on the advice and direction of your staff I not only made my flight. But had time to spare. Also, I was to check-in at one terminal but your driver suggested a less crowded terminal. Which saved me time. Because of the care and professionalism provided by your staff, I will continue using your service and will definitely recommend your service to my family and friends. I'm writing to commend on of your drivers.  I flew in yesterday and accidentally got on the wrong parking lot bus.  I realized I was on the wrong bus when we arrived at your lot.  The driver was very understanding and professional. Tried to make me feel less embarrassed by my mistake.  He then took me to the actual lot where my car was parked and saw that I got to my car safely.  As a result of his actions, I will now be parking my car Airport Fast Park rather than a competitor's.   Thanks so much.

I very rarely send comments about anything good or bad. But in the case of your company I feel the need. Everybody at your location is so friendly and helpful. In this day and age this is not the norm. It makes my trip start well and end well. I came in later on a late flight on wednesday. Called after midnight and the person who answered the phone was friendly and polite - My driver was helpful and friendly. When I came in on Sunday to start my trip a big smile from the person at the gate The word "please" was used when giving me my parking spot. My driver showed up in a timely manner. HE GOT OUT OF THE BUS AND HELPED ME WITH MY BAG!!! I want you to know what great team you have. I tell everybody that travels out of Milwaukee about your location.

I usually park at the airport parking lot. But the cost and time it took for me to walk to the airport was not worth it. Fast Park & Relax is almost half the cost of the airport parking lot, plus you can earn free days!  Everyone was so friendly and the service was fast! The shuttle driver even offered to check a fellow passenger's car after the passenger said he may have forgotten to lock his doors. My return flight was a late flight and I thought I would have to call for a shuttle. To my surprise there was one waiting right outside baggage claim at 12:20 a.m.

Especially liked the frequency of the shuttles and the little parking space card (so i would never lost my car again!). The free water was a nice surprise as well. The drivers were very pleasent, and the check in and check out attentants were very helpful, and friendly.I liked parking my car myself, and that the space was under a carport. I recently flew out of Orlando to Bogota, Colombia after driving in from Tennessee. I became ill in Bogota and was unable to return home on schedule. I notified your Orlando office via e-mail. The response time was literally minutes assuring me to not worry. This prompt, professional, and courteous service was more than appreciated - especially since I was in a foreign country and ill. Then we were taken to the airport, we did not have to wait for the shuttle to be filled. Upon arriving in Raleigh 2/13/2010 after a 7 day vacation in Mexico, we were picked up immediately and taken directly to your park. Upon arriving at our car we discovered we did not have our car keys. Joyce, the supervisor, and Mr A. , the driver, were so very kind,concerned and helpful. They stored our luggage while friends picked us up. We used their car to travel home. We picked up our car Sunday and again Joyce met us with a smile, water, and a coupon. I just wanted to let you know that I parked at your location at the Tucson airport this weekend for the first time and was extremely pleased with my experience.  I travel every couple of weeks and had been parking at the airport long term lot. I usually ended up walking to/from the airport because the shuttle took so long. What a frustrating experience. Fast Park & Relax was so different with very prompt service, excellent rates for covered parking and friendly employees. I just signed up for your rewards program and will be parking there everytime! I don't very often take the time to write a complimentary note to big corporations but I'm making the effort because I want everyone to know that all the Tucson employees that have either met me at the gate in the morning, or lifted my luggage out of my trunk, or driven me to and from the airport are all exceptional. I've made several trips out of the Tucson airport this past summer and each time I am parking in your new Tucson lot. A couple of things I really like - besides the covered spaces for all vehicles! 1) The free newspaper I am given in the mornings when I leave on very early flights; 2) the clean buses and the courteous, friendly drivers; and 3) the really cold free bottle of water your employees hand to me when I'm paying to leave the lot! And in Tucson in the summer especially, that is a big deal! What a great idea to add that little extra. Your parking fee is more than fair for the service you give. Your location is the closest to the airport, too, and it takes less than five minutes from the time your driver picks my luggage out of my trunk after I've parked to the time he sets it on the sidewalk at the airport entry doors. I am tipping well for this customer service because it deserves recognition. Keep telling your employees their good work is paying off and your customers are noticing and spreading the good word.
